Padubet Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the padubet platform, you automatically agree to be bound by the terms and conditions stated here. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, please do not use the padubet platform and close your account immediately.

These terms constitute a legal agreement between you as a user and padubet as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms. padubet reserves the right to amend these terms anytime with reasonable notice to users via the platform or registered email.

The padubet platform is only available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited from accessing or using any services provided by padubet.

2. Account Creation and Security

Each user is allowed only one active account on padubet. Multiple account registrations by the same user are prohibited and may result in termination of all related accounts without prior notice.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading details may result in suspension or closure of your account. padubet reserves the right to request identity verification at any stage, especially during withdrawal processing or if suspicious activity is detected on your account.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access, please contact padubet support immediately at [email protected].

Passwords must be at least eight characters long and it is recommended to include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for maximum security.

3. User Responsibilities and Prohibitions

As a padubet platform user, you agree not to engage in the following activities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other methods to unlawfully access the platform or manipulate games.
• Sharing login details with third parties or allowing others to use your account.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the padubet platform.
• Exploiting any technical errors or system vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages.
• Distributing content that is offensive, threatening, or disruptive to other users through any communication function on the platform.
• Registering an account on behalf of someone else without valid written permission from padubet.

Violating any of the prohibitions above may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of any balances, and legal action if necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All transactions on padubet are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include Boost, Maybank2u, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and CIMB Clicks. The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.

Withdrawals will only be processed to bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the same user’s name. padubet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal processing times range from one to twenty-four business hours, depending on the method chosen.

Padubet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your ID card or bank statement) before processing your first withdrawal or withdrawals exceeding specified limits. This is a standard security measure to protect users from any form of fraud.

All bonuses and promotions offered by padubet are subject to separate wagering requirements and validity periods. These terms will be clearly stated for each offer. padubet reserves the right to cancel bonuses if misuse or fraud is detected.

5. Liability Limits and Intellectual Property

The padubet platform is provided "as is" without any expressed or implied warranties. padubet is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from platform use, including but not limited to gaming losses, service interruptions, technical failures, or unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

All content on the padubet platform, including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and brand names, are exclusive property of padubet or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from padubet.

The padubet platform may contain links to third-party websites. padubet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites. Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.

6. Account Policies, Terms Changes, and Laws

Padubet reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, requests from relevant authorities, or if the account has been inactive for more than twelve consecutive months.

If your account is terminated for reasons other than breach of terms, any valid balance will be refunded to you via the original payment method within a reasonable time. Any funds earned through activities violating the terms will be fully forfeited.

Padubet reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Users will be notified via an in-platform notice or registered email at least seven days before the changes take effect, except in emergencies or changes required by law.
